The Asian Pacific American Coalition (APAC) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is proud to present:

Comm(you)nity
APATITE Conference 2015

APATITE (Asian Pacific Americans Transforming Illinois Through Education) is here to empower & educate members of Asian Pacific America to initiate & sustain engagement in bettering Illinois. It's time to bring what we know and our eagerness to meet and work with others to a common space and discuss our local communities' issues and the solutions to them.

This year's conference will highlight the "you" in community. We will address what it means to be part of an Asian/Pacific American community; our direct and indirect roles as a member of one; why and how our APA student organizations came to be; recognizing the multiple identities that comprise your community; recognizing the struggles that address the people we claim to stand for.

For any questions, feel free to contact the APATITE coordinators at apatite@apacuiuc.org
