Professional (Member Rate)	$275
Professional (Non-Member Rate)	$350

General Registration (after Wednesday, October 1, 2014)

Student Rate	$175
Professional (Member Rate)	$400
Professional (Non-Member Rate)	$450

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Full refunds for any registration will be made if we receive an advance written cancellation via e-mail or fax by Wednesday, October, 15, 2014. No refunds (full or partial) will be made after October 15, 2014. Prepaid registrants who find they are unable to attend may send a delegate in their place without penalty.

Partial Attendance

There are no "Partial Attendance" registration fees.
