Anti-Racism Summer Learning Series

The Anti-Racism Summer Learning Series is a four-part series for campus staff and faculty on developing the skills to understand and address racism. This series is developed by an ad hoc team of campus staff and faculty committed to addressing racism. 

Register to Attend Summer 2020 Anti-Racism Summer Series

This series will be offered from 1-2pm on Thursdays (July 9, July 16, July 23, and July 30) in July. Individuals are invited to register for any of these sessions, although the sessions are designed to be completed in sequence. Space is limited, however each session will be recorded and made available to the campus. After registering, you will receive further information about the session Zoom link. 

  • July 9: Session 1 - Anti-Racism 101: Understanding Structural Racism
  • July 16: Session 2 - Being an Anti-Racist Ally
  • July 23: Session 3 - Structural Racism and Anti-Blackness
  • hosted by the Black Faculty and Professionals Alliance
  • July 30: Session 4 - How to Talk with a Racist Colleague
