The 2018 Congratulatory Committee is comprised of 5-7 members who dedicate themselves to the execution of the vision of the Assistant Director for the Black Congratulatory Ceremony. 

The committee members commit themselves to excellence and bringing their class together in a spirit of celebration and expectancy.
