Ad Book Information

Thank you for submitting an ad on behalf of your graduate. Please be mindful of the information and instructions below.

All ads and payment are due by Friday, April 28, 2017 at 5 pm

Your ad(s) must be submitted in print ready format via an email attachment. Emails should be addressed to adavis2@illinois.edu.

Please include "BCC Ad" in the subject line.

NOTE: We will not edit any ad for you.

All ads must be print ready. If you send multiple changes, we are not held responsible if the wrong ad is printed and no reimbursements will be issued. Send the ad as both a Word file and a PDF for optimal transmission.

All ads must be submitted electronically. In each case, the attached order form must be returned to the address below via postal service (or other parcel delivery) along with a cashier's check or money order made payable to the "University of Illinois."

No personal checks accepted. No electronic payment (credit cards, PayPal, etc.) accepted.

The actual ads themselves must be electronically submitted to adavis2@illinois.edu by Friday, April 28, 2017 at 5 pm.
