Facilitating Intergroup Dialogue Processes (3 credits)

PSYC 496 IDP is designed to give students a general overview of the skills and knowledge needed to facilitate culturally diverse group interactions. The course is open to sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate students, and is offered in both the fall and spring semesters. Students will explore the impact of gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, socioeconomic class, disability and physical appearance on group dynamics.
