Through this educational program we create a space for students to share their personal experiences and insights into their own social identities, including disability, sexual identity, gender identity, religious or philosophical identity, nationality, and race. During Your Identity @ Work, students can discuss their values and identities to understand how those can impact their choices of professional environments. Through conversations with alumni and employers, students learn how to research employers and schools to determine if they are inclusive environments.
