Fall Break Program - Cooking with the Chefs

Are you on campus during fall break? Are you interested in learning to cook a dish with the chefs at University Housing Dining Services? Our chefs are also interested in learning how to cook a traditional dish from your home country, region and culture!

This event is free and open to university students. Please register for “Cooking with Chefs” and provide information to all items. The priority date for registration is November 11. Space is very limited, not all applicants will be able to attend and you may be placed on a waitlist.

A content presentation and workshop for helping professionals to diversify and inform practice, pedagogy, and research related to indigenous students at the University of Illinois. In the classroom, campus culture, and environmental issues are the critical context for indigenous students here at the U of I. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of how to further advocate for all students including minorities and their peers toward resilience and wellness.
