Ecofeminism Summit Program Intern (Paid)

The Ecofeminism Summit Program Intern, along with support from the Assistant Director, will contribute to the coordination of WRC’s Ecofeminism Summit. This position will include but is not limited to creating agendas, leading planning committee meetings, recruiting and scheduling workshops and presenters; recruiting volunteers, performing program promotion and outreach; and assisting with program evaluation. This position will begin on/near June 19, 2023 and will conclude at the end of the Fall 2023 semester. This is a paid position at $14/hour and requires 10 hours of work per week.

Program Assistants (paid)

The Women's Resources Center offers limited, paid internships in each WRC division (gender equity, advocacy and support, and prevention) known as Program Assistants. These applications will be open to all students.  Program Assistants must commit to the position for the full academic year (fall and spring semesters). 

Interns have a substantial relationship with the Women’s Resources Center. Program Assistants will provide general office support and lead outreach efforts including tabling at events and outreach presentations.  In addition, each Program Assistant will work on special projects developed with their division supervisor.   WRC student employees have the opportunity to be heavily involved with project planning and execution, strengthen their leadership skills, and develop a body of work across the academic year. This is a paid position (Pay rate: $13/hr, increases to $14/hr in January 2024) beginning 8/17/2023 and ending 5/10/2024.  Hours/week: 8-10 hours Occasional nights and weekends required.
